Every year, thousands of students from Pokhara and across Nepal dream of studying abroad — and every year, too many of them get lost in confusing paperwork, conflicting advice, and agencies that promise everything and explain nothing. UEC — Utkrishta Education Consultancy — was founded to change that.
Who we are
"Utkrishta" means excellence in Nepali, and that is the standard we hold ourselves to. We are a study-abroad consultancy based in Chipledhunga, Pokhara, helping students plan, apply, and fly to universities in Australia, Canada, the USA, the UK, and New Zealand. Our counselling is honest and personal: we start with your goals, your grades, and your budget — not with a brochure.
What we do
We walk with you through the entire journey: free one-on-one career counselling, university and course selection, SOP and application preparation, scholarship guidance, visa filing with mock interviews, and a pre-departure briefing so you land prepared. We also prepare students for IELTS and other English proficiency tests right here in Pokhara.
There are no counselling fees and no hidden costs. You will always know exactly where your application stands — transparency is not a slogan for us; it is how we work.
A story we're proud of
Before joining UEC Nepal, I was confused about which course to pursue. Their personalized career counseling and roadmap development gave me clarity. With their guidance, I secured admission to one of the top universities in Canada.
Stories like this — shared by our students on Google, where UEC Nepal holds a 5.0 rating — are why we do this work. Another of our students came to us unsure about a career direction and, with a clear roadmap, chose Public Health and secured admission in the UK for a Master's degree. The destinations differ; the pattern is the same: clarity first, then a plan, then results.
